now that you reminded me, it has been quite a while since i had sushi. i am not creative when it comes to designing patterns, for that, i respect its creator a lot! :D
Levian, I think it takes serious expertise to create such sushi patterns. Same here, I haven't eaten sushi for a while...missing it now. I salute all these great sushi makers! We tried making simple california maki and it was not that simple making it look perfectly good.
I am not a big fan of sushi but that is really pretty.

making sushi is an art. The presentation of the fish is just as important as the taste.

Japanese rice is very ideal because it is sticky =)
