The bakers behind can prove they made this bread castle! I often see sand castles but never a bread castle like this. It already amazes me when I see some crazy designed breads so much more this one.
Ramblings, same here. I want to see one hopefully in person from dough making to baking! The bakers are very talented to create something so good like this.
sabah, maybe you can try baking even a smaller scale since you're good at it. =) I really have no idea how long it took them to bake this wonderful piece.
