I am not a big fan of sushi but that is really pretty.Anne
that has gotta take quite some time to complete.sure wasn't easy when we can't see before cutting them up. me wanna put them into my mouth n chew. :p
making sushi is an art. The presentation of the fish is just as important as the taste.
The sushis are so pretty! I just had some raw salmon sushi last night. Good but wasn't filling enough for me.
Ah! Very nice, I would like to have some soy sauce and wasabi to go with those sushi please :o)
Hi guys, I'm back! Feeling a lot better now! Thanks for all your coments =)
Anne, pretty flower patterns right?
Levian, you want to have the sushis again! =) This is indeed an art, imagine making patterns lie these.
Ramblings, I agree. It's not the presentation or aesthetics alone....taste has a key role to the sushi.
Mei, salmon really is your favorite! You should've had few more servings to fill you up a bit more. Btw, is it bad to eat lots of sushis?
Ai, add some lemon or lime for my sauce!
absolutely beautiful...i have to follow our blog...check out mine too...its also a food site... ;)
now that you reminded me, it has been quite a while since i had sushi. i am not creative when it comes to designing patterns, for that, i respect its creator a lot! :D
I am not a big fun of sushi, but it's really wonderful, good job!
Hi My life with food, thanks for the visit. I'll hop into your blog later. I hope you'll enjoy the rest of the the blog =) Have a good day!
Levian, I think it takes serious expertise to create such sushi patterns. Same here, I haven't eaten sushi for a while...missing it now. I salute all these great sushi makers! We tried making simple california maki and it was not that simple making it look perfectly good.
Hi Sabbah! Welcome back! i missed your recipes. I did see your comeback recipe and I want to try it. The one who created these sushis are good right?
i agreed, it isn't easy making the rice n ingredients stick together, not to mentioned creating patterns some more! :D
Japanese rice is very ideal because it is sticky =)Those who make sushi arts are great!!! =)
